Road warrior
The gas in my apartment house was shut off because of a gas leak (small leak which was quickly fixed). NYC law requires what once this happens the entire building needs to be upgraded to the current build code. This could take a long time. Hence the cook top. The Duxtop is great. Probably boils water faster that my stove. The problem is that both burners must share 1800 watts so if the left burner is at the highest setting the right burner won't work. So if you want two pots boiling water at the same time you're out of luck. The other potential problem is that your pots need to be ok for induction cooking. (need to be magnetic)
